She holds a Master’s in Social Work from Howard University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Ghana. With a strong background in regulatory compliance, auditing, and staff training, Abena has led clinical teams, conducted risk assessments, and developed quality improvement initiatives to enhance care for vulnerable populations. Before founding Integrated Wellness Solutions, she served as a Clinical Manager and Social Worker, focusing on mental health access, client advocacy, and program evaluation. Passionate about empowering at-risk individuals and families, she is committed to bridging gaps in behavioral health services, promoting equitable care, and driving community transformation.
